How to delete your account

1. Sign in to BuilderBuddi (web or the mobile app).
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone and choose Delete my account.
4. Confirm your password and type DELETE to finish.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you are the sole owner of your workspace, we delete:

• your account, profile and login;
• your workspace and all jobs, quotes, invoices, clients and notes;
• all uploaded files, photos and documents; and
• we cancel any active subscription so you are not billed again.

If you belong to a shared team workspace owned by someone else, deleting your account removes you and your login; the team's shared records remain with the workspace owner. Team owners are asked to transfer ownership or remove members before deleting.

Data we may retain

We may keep limited records required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, invoices already issued to your customers, or billing records held by our payment provider), and anonymised diagnostics that are no longer linked to you. These are retained only as long as required and then deleted.

Can't access your account?

If you are unable to sign in, email support@builderbuddi.com from the address on your account and we will action your deletion request.
